Welcome to Drape (drape.pk). These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you shop.

1. About Drape

Drape is an online only fashion store based in Pakistan, selling scarves, hijabs and western dresses. We do not operate a physical retail location. All orders are placed and processed through drape.pk.

2. Use of the website

You may browse and use this website for personal, non commercial shopping purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with its normal operation, or using any content from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible, including fabric, sizing and colour. That said, screen displays vary, and slight colour differences between the photo and the actual product can happen. Sizes listed on each product page are approximate, taken using standard measuring methods, and can differ by up to half an inch due to the nature of handmade and cut fabric.

4. Orders and pricing

Placing an order through our website is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.

Prices on the site are listed in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept cash on delivery, JazzCash and bank transfer. For prepaid orders, your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed. For cash on delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner where possible.

8. Intellectual property

All content on drape.pk, including photographs, product descriptions, logos and site design, belongs to Drape and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Drape will not be held liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or from delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
