Ordering

Does Drape sell both scarves and dresses?
Yes. Drape is built around scarves, hijabs and western dresses, chosen to be styled together. You can shop either side on its own, or build a matched look.

How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will get a confirmation on email once it is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Reach out to us as soon as possible at info@drape.pk or call +92 333 1627535. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, it will need to go through our return process instead.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, JazzCash, and direct bank transfer.

Is cash on delivery available across Pakistan?
Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide on all orders.

Is online payment safe?
Yes. Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, and we do not store your card details on our own servers.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach major cities within 2 to 4 working days, and smaller towns may take a little longer. You can find the full breakdown on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number so you can follow it until it reaches you.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment. Drape currently ships within Pakistan only.

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?
Every product page lists exact measurements in inches, so you can match them against a piece you already own. If you are unsure, message us at info@drape.pk with your usual size and we will help you pick the right fit.

What if the size I ordered does not fit?
You can exchange or return it within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn and the tags are still attached. Full details are on our Refund and Return Policy page.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a scarf or dress if it does not fit or I do not like it?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, and the original tags are still attached.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the returned item and check its condition, refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Products

How often do you add new pieces?
We add new scarves and dresses every week, and retire older styles once they have had their run. Popular colours tend to sell out fast, so it is worth ordering when you see something you like.
