Shipping Policy

We know that once you have placed an order, you just want it to reach you quickly and without any surprises. Here is exactly how shipping works at Drape.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work packing it right away. Most orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1 to 2 working days. During sale periods or when we get a high number of orders, this can take slightly longer, but we will always try to keep you updated if there is any delay.

Delivery timelines

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders to major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Smaller towns and remote areas may take a bit longer, generally around 4 to 7 working days, depending on courier coverage in your area.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, so there are no hidden costs added later.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow its progress right up to your doorstep.

Where we ship

Drape currently ships within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand this in the future.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on every order across Pakistan. If you would rather pay upfront, we also accept JazzCash and direct bank transfer at checkout.

Delays outside our control

Once your parcel is with our courier partner, delivery times can occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, or local conditions outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if this happens to your order.
